A passion that is born in the family
Althea Crownwood was born from a story of love and dedication . Dogs and animals have always been a part of our lives; we can't imagine a home without them. We grew up surrounded by them and learned that every animal deserves respect, care, and protection —lessons we apply to every puppy we raise.
How Cobberdogs Have Transformed Our Lives
For me, Alberto Pérez , the Cobberdogs have been much more than companions: they have helped me overcome personal challenges and develop skills that my mental disability made more difficult , teaching me patience, confidence and emotional connection.
When our children arrived, we discovered the real impact animals can have on emotional and social development. The Australian Cobberdogs became learning and growth partners: their sensitivity, intelligence, and capacity for empathy taught us to live with greater patience, joy, and connection.
Seeing how our dogs helped our children develop reinforced our conviction that a dog is not just a pet, but a true life companion.

When we decided to breed Australian Cobberdogs, we knew we wanted to do it right . We weren't going to settle for just any bloodline: we wanted truly exceptional dogs.
After much effort, we established a relationship with Beverley Rutland Manners , who entrusted us with continuing her legacy by offering us her own personal companion dog . This honor and responsibility guide us every day and reinforces our commitment to responsible and ethical breeding .
Caring for puppies and families
Our project is personal and thoughtful . Each litter and each puppy are cared for with the utmost love and attention. But not only that: we also carefully select each future family , understanding why they want a Cobberdog and ensuring each puppy finds the perfect match , guaranteeing a happy and fulfilling life for both.
