Aira's Story
Aira is born from the best work of Lovelocks Australian Cobberdogs and comes to us through the invaluable collaboration with Lisa Foster—breeder, former MDBA committee member and one of the founders, and current president of the Australian Cobberdog Society (ACS), a key figure in the protection and development of the breed.
Aira's mother, Martha, was Lisa's first Cobberdog and the emotional foundation of her program. Lisa has always emphasized Martha's ability to connect with people and her ideal temperament . After honest conversations and much planning, Lisa, with her vision and passion for the breed, entrusted Althea Crownwood with the opportunity to bring Aira into our project.
Aira holds a very special place in our family: from the very beginning, our son Nicolás would say Aira was "his air to fly," and when Lisa saw her, she would simply call her "Puppies"! That human bond reflects exactly what we strive for: dogs who transform homes with empathy and affection.

Lisa was not only a committee member of the MDBA - her vision and dedication led her, along with other committed breeders, to found the Australian Cobberdog Society ( ACS ), a body focused exclusively on protecting, nurturing and promoting the Australian Cobberdog breed . Today, as President of the ACS, Lisa represents the ethical heart of responsible breeding .
Aira carries excellence in her genes : the magic of Martha - who is as perfect as can be expected from this wonderful breed - and the charisma of Elvis, one of the most beautiful Cobberdogs we have ever seen, with a gaze so penetrating that it seems to speak without words.
For our son Nicolás, Aira means everything . He says, "Aira is his air to fly ," and there couldn't be a more apt description. This natural therapy cobberdog has been instrumental in his development , creating a bond so special that it transcends the animal-human relationship to become a true soul-to-soul connection .
Aira came to us after a meticulous search , where we were absolutely perfectionists about what we wanted for our ethical breeding program . And the result is a dog who maintains wonderful relationships with any animal, but who especially connects with people in an exceptional way, and whose beauty leaves you breathless.
